Web sites are hosted on multi-processor Hewlett Packard servers accessing the Internet through redundant high bandwidth connections. Servers have redundant power supplies and RAID 5 storage arrays with hot backup drives. Emergency power generation ensures continuous availability.

Communications servers are Hewlett Packard models with Cisco routers appropriate to task.

Data lines are continuously monitored to ensure maximum performance and up time.

All data is backed up to tape daily. Tapes are stored off-site.

Customer Service is available from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern time.

Data Center Support is available on a 24 x 7 basis.
